Verdict Specification The Canon EOS 1100D is Canon's entry level camera, and is the second camera to be introduced since the 1000D.
Below, we are comparing the Canon 1100D and Canon 550D, both Entry-Level DSLR cameras and they are both created by Canon. There exists a large gap among the image resolutions of the 1100D (12MP) and 550D ( 18MP) but they use the exact same sensor dimensions ( APS-C) .
